Lost and Found Policy

Alliance Larp Colorado is not responsible for any lost or broken items, props, or costuming during any of our events. 

All Lost and Found items that are recognized as such will be posted with pictures in the days following it being located. If anyone other than staff finds a Lost and Found item, please bring it to a staff member or NPC Camp immediately so that it may be posted.

Failure to return a found item may be classified as theft. “Theft of any out-of-game personal property is unlawful and perpetrators may be banned from the game and reported to civil authorities” (Alliance Rule Book, pg. 37, 2.1.1).

If your item was lost, please contact the staff to see if the item was located. It is the responsibility of the owner of the said item, to make arrangements for pick up in between events or during the next scheduled event. 

If the item is not picked up by the end of the next event, the said item will be added to monster camp should it be period appropriate or donated to a local store if not period appropriate. Alliance Larp Colorado can not hold items for the owners outside of this timeframe.
