Alliance Larp Colorado has a $10 yearly membership fee that goes to specific business operations. This fee is used to maintain the chapter’s good standing both locally and nationally. A person's membership must be up to date in order to attend events, request tags or use goblin stamp purchases that are not covered by the current character management system. New players are not required to pay the yearly membership fee until their Third event. Once a member’s annual membership is paid, they will receive 60 ACO goblin stamps credited to their CMA account.

Alliance Larp Colorado uses a multi-tiered ticketing system. These tickets vary depending on the amount of NPCing a player plans to participate in. A weekend meal plan will be made available to players who wish to purchase it as a ticket add on at time of event signup.

For the 2025 season, the prices are as follows:

Full weekend NPC: $20

Full weekend PC: $120

PC with 4-hour crossover NPC time: $90

Day Game PC: Site Dependent

Day Game NPC: $5

Meal plan: $30

If a player’s event ticket is paid prior to the pre-registration cutoff date 1 week prior (unless otherwise specified prior to an event in the event description) to the START DATE of an event, a $5 per logistic period discount will be applied to any event ticket’s price. 

Players who fail to purchase a ticket prior to the pre-registration date may not have access to goblin stamp purchases, requests for item tags, or the meal plan.

If a player pays for an event ticket and is unable to attend, they will have until the closure of the pre-registration period to request a refund. If a player cancels their event ticket after the pre-registration cutoff date, their ticket will be credited to their account for use on future Alliance Larp Colorado events throughout the current season. At any time, players may request that any event credits on their account be converted to Alliance Larp Colorado goblin stamps at the standard conversion ratio. Any unused credits at the end of the season will be converted to Goblin Stamps at the standard conversion ratio. If a player cancels a meal plan ticket after the pre-registration cutoff date, it will be automatically converted to Alliance Larp Colorado Goblin Stamps at the standard conversion ratio.
